Water Street Studios Spring Show
Di Sitting Nude at WSS Spring Show 2010 in Batavia, Illinois
I will be displaying a nude portrait in the Water Street Studio’s Spring Show 2010 in Batavia, Illinois. The opening reception is on Friday, April 23rd 2010 from 6-10pm. The show continues through Saturday, August 14th 2010. I will be exhibiting a female nude study entitled “Di Sitting Nude.” It features a beautiful model from the Palette and Chisel in Chicago, Illinois and is painted in a lively and loose style. This painting uses low saturated hues that are contrasted by very bright and lively mid tones.
